the excitement, the constant air flow and her thick fur make her very thirsty so
we always keep plenty of water available at all times. Unfortunately, there have
been countless spills, not only from vehicle movement but because she would often
step in or even lay on her bowl causing spills. This was particularly a problem
on vacations when her dog bed would be soaked when we needed it for an overnight
stay in a motel.
Since leaving our pet behind was never a consideration, we began
researching and experimenting with ways to stop the spills. After several years

There is only one size Mo-BowlTM that nearly all dogs
and cats can easily drink from. Cats and small dogs can fit most of their head into the
Mo-BowlTM and easily reach the bottom. Large dogs
(such as Saint Bernards) have long tongues that easily reach the bottom of the
Mo-BowlTM.

Assembly
 |
If you plan to use your Mo-BowlTM on a flat surface, no
assembly is required. If you plan to use your Mo-BowlTM in
a cup holder, attach the Cup Holder Adapter using the 3 stainless steel screws (included)
as shown.

Installation

Your Mo-BowlTM comes with two foam strips. Place a foam strip between
the Mo-BowlTM and the cup holder so it fits tightly. Place the foam strip
over the cup holder and push the Mo-BowlTM into the cup holder as shown.
Some larger cup holders may require the use of both foam strips.

Firmly press the Mo-BowlTM deep into the cup
holder as far as it will go. If you use only one foam strip, coil the other and
store it in the Cup Holder Adapter.

In some cases, a panel or door may prevent installing the Mo-BowlTM
centered in the cup holder. In these situations, the Mo-BowlTM can be
installed shifted to one side of the cup holder by folding the foam strip once
or twice and placing it entirely on one side of the Mo-BowlTM as shown.

Cleaning
The Mo-BowlTM may be cleaned using soap and water the
same as you would clean food storage containers. The Mo-BowlTM
may be cleaned in a dishwasher by unsnapping the Top and placing both pieces in the upper
rack. The Cup Holder Adapter and the stainless screws do not need to be removed for cleaning.
After cleaning and thoroughly rinsing, assemble the Top to the Bowl by first centering the tab
on the Bowl between the ribs in the Top as show in the figure, then snapping
the Top onto the Bowl. The tight fit of the Top on the Bowl assures a
good seal but may make installation of the Top difficult. Warming the Top under hot
tap water will make installation easier. The best time to install the Top is fresh
out of a warm dishwasher.

Filling
Fill the Mo-BowlTM to the top of the tall internal ribs as
shown in the figure. Do not fill above the top of these ribs. Fill with water only.

Freezing
If ice forms in the Mo-BowlTM, run warm water on the ice until
it melts. Never chip at the ice or strike the side of the Bowl.
